When attempting to Search in ‘Cash Application Work Queue’ window 'Cash Application Owner' field is mandatory.

 In ‘Cash Application Work Queue’ window 'Cash Application Owner' field should not be mandatory.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:   Receipts > Cash Application Worker Queue

1. In AR, Navigate to ‘Cash Application Work Queue’. This open the HTML page.
2. In the Search window 'Cash Application Owner' field is mandatory.
