Problem statement
--------------------
Observed that in the Transaction form "Additional information for Czech Republic" is not showing the Tax date field.
Only Context value is appearing under Actions - Additional information for Czech Republic.
This is faced only after upgrading to R12.2.x.
Steps to replicate
--------------------
1. (N) - Czech Receivables - Transactions.
2. Raise an AR invoice.
3. Open Global descriptive flex field. (GDFF)
4. Found that "Tax date" field is not appearing.
