Symptoms

As part of the Italian E-invoicing upgrade, the customer applied the Patch 33197523:R12.JE.C to bring in the E-Filing of Payables Invoices. The patch brought in the required packages and concurrent requests.
The users tested few existing invoices in AP (Payables) and the XML got generated with the below error, when the users add a 'Nature of VAT' to the tax rate code. The error can be seen in the log file of the Italy E-Filing of Payables Invoices report.

Steps to reproduce the issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the Patch 33197523
2. Go to Italian Localizations Responsibility
3. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request
4. Run Italy E-Filing of Payables Invoices > generated Italy E-Filing of Payables Invoices XML File Output > got error in the log file
