Credit memo invoices not getting extracted in the CLE: Main Book of Sales Report - 2014 output

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Credit memo invoices should be extracted in the CLE: Main Book of Sales Report - 2014 output

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AR Credit Memo invoice.
2. Run the CLE: Main Book of Sales Report - 2014 program.
3. Notice that credit memo invoices did not extract in the output.
