Symptoms

Personalized saved search in Buyer Work Center is not displaying results as expected, but instead gives the following error

JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.
Statement: SELECT * FROM (SELECTPOH.ACCEPTANCE_DUE_DATE ACKNOWLEDGE_BY,
NVL(POH.ACCEPTANCE_REQUIRED_FLAG, 'N') ACCEPTANCE_REQUIRED_FLAG,
DECODE(POH.APPROVED_FLAG, 'Y', POH.APPROVED_DATE, NULL) APPROVED_DATE,
POH.BILL_TO_LOCATION_ID,POH.AGENT_ID,


STEPS
----------------

1.Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Orders -> Demand Workbench
2.Select 'My Open Orders' from Saved Searches and click on Personalize
3.From Personalize Saved Searches page, select 'My Open Orders' and click on Duplicate
4.Change Sort Settings, First Sort, to 'Status' with Sort Order of Ascending
5.Click on Apply
6.Error Page appears
