On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Flows

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WEBADI issue in Oracle Site Management , Upload process does not work as expected

Whenever mailbox attribute is uploaded, the upload is shown successful but unable to query the updated attributes from application. 


Steps:
1. Site Management > Programs > Request
2. Run Concurrent program "RRS Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program" ends in warning.
