Symptoms
When attempting to run Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register,
the following error occurs. This happens after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:
1.Menu > View > Requests > Submit a New Request... > Single Request
2.Select from LOV >Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register
3.Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
