You are querying for customer items in the Customer Item Cross References form and see multiple records for the same customer item.
Why are there multiple records having the same customer item?
Are these duplicates?
If not, how do you know which one to use?


  1. Navigate: Inventory > Items > Customer Items > Customer Item Cross References
  2. In the Find Customer Items Cross References screen, enter a customer item
  3. Click Find.
  4. The Customer Items LOV appears showing multiple records for the customer item.
