Error PA_NO_BUDGET_YEAR_DEFINED While Baselining Project Budget (Doc ID 2826969.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Funds Check

When attempting to baseline budget,
the following error occurs.

PAPA_NO_BUDGET_YEAR_DEFINED


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Open Budget form.
3. Query project number and budget type.
4. Click on Baseline button.
