Saving The Price Break Record For A Modifier (with Adjustment Type= 'Surcharge') After Copying A Line Using F6 Functionality Errors Out (Doc ID 2827154.1)

Symptoms

When attempting save the price break record after copying a Price List Line using F6 functionality,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You have defined overlapping price breaks. Please remove the
overlap by changing the "Value From" and "Value To" fields."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Processing
2. Query existing Agreement
3. Query the Existing Modifier (with Adjustment Type= 'Surcharge') which has price breaks
4. Add a new line for the same product using F6 functionality(Same start and end effective date)
5. Enter the price break
6. Save the record we are getting the Overlapping error.
