Incorrect Service Date derivation in Debrief when Debrief Line is modified in Mobile Field Service (MFS)Multi Platform application before Sync

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Service date should be correctly derived from MFS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS Multi platform application
2. Open task and enter labor debrief and save
3. Open the entered Labor Debrief line in Edit mode and change the Labor Start date
4. Save the debrief, mark task as completed and syncs.
5. Login to Applications ,go to field service responsibility ,navigate to Debrief form and query debrief and verify
