Province Name is Missing in Customer Address at Location Region in Customer Setup for Japanese Customers (Doc ID 2827172.1)

Symptoms

 Although Province name is properly specified in Account Site Address in the customer setup, still Province name is missing in customer address at Location region in customer setup. for Japanese Customers.

 

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers

A. Query the customer belonging to Japan country.
B. Click on Details icon at the Account level.
C. Sites tab - Check the Address shown. It is missing Province Name
D. Click on Detail icon at the Account Site level
E. Again Province name is missing at the Location Region whereas it is
properly specified in Account Site Address for each site.
