Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Patch Application Issues

When attempting to install patch 32621745:R12.SCM_PF.C using adop,
getting compilation error

ERROR

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource OEXOEHLD.pll

ERROR generating library "resource/OEXOEHLD.plx" from input file
/oracle/apps/SUPPORT8/EBS122/fs2/EBSapps/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/OEXOEHLD.pll

Compilation errors on OE_RELEASE_SOURCES:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 202, column 16
component 'UPDATE_HOLD_SOURCE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 202, column 3
Statement ignored

Failed to generate library.
FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch 32621745:R12.SCM_PF.C using adop
2. Review adpatch log for error
