FVCTATXB: CTA Process
Symptoms
When creating manual journal entries with transactions that should be picked up by the Classification Transactions & Accountability (CTA) process, the concurrent request ends in error.
ERROR in FND Log:
fv.plsql.FV_CTA_TRANSACTIONS.VALIDATE_AGENCY_BETC ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
fv.plsql.FV_CTA_TRANSACTIONS.EXTRACT error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create manual journal entries as instructed in (Doc ID 1943006.1)
2. Federal Financials > run FVCTATXB: CTA Process
3. See error in the logfile
