Reset Weight/Vol Option On Delivery Is Not Working - Receving Error "Failed to Update LPN" (Doc ID 2827480.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form

When attempting to use Reset weight/vol option to zero out the volume field on delivery details form, the value in the volume field is not getting zeroed and the following error occurs:

Failed to Update LPN

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping Transactions form, query order number
3. Click Details button
4. Choose Reset Weight/Vol option and click go. The volume field should be blank after clicking go button. But volume field is not nulled and getting error message "Failed to Update LPN"
