ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The seeded function 'OTL Line Manager Timecard Entry' (HXC_LINE_MANAGER_TIME_ENTRY) used for Time Entry For Terminated Employees has performance issue both while accessing the page and also while retrieving the employees for LOV.
 
In Internet Explorer (IE), it takes 50-60 seconds and in Chrome it takes 25-30 seconds.

The time taken should be optimal.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OTL Timekeeper Responsibility
2. Navigate to Time Entry - Terminated Employees
3. Observe performance issue
