Symptoms

While Importing Metadata for values to value sets the program goes in below error.

ERROR :

Error_Message : Provide the display name (FLEX_VALUE_MEANING) and the description (DESCRIPTION)

STEPS :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert the record in EGO_FLEX_VALUE_INTF and EGO_FLEX_VALUE_TL_INTF for the Value against the Value set
2. Go to Development Manager --> Setup --> Import Metadata
3. Record was not processed and can see error in MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS and log file
