Evaluation Icon not showing for class in Pending Evaluation status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Evaluation Icon should be shown for class in Pending Evaluation status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into application using Learning Administrator responsibility

2. Learning Administration > Catalog Administration

3. Create a course, Offering and class

4. Attach a pre-existing evaluation

5. Learner Enrolls in and completes the class

6. When learner looks at their enrollment the class shows "Pending Evaluation" status but the evaluation icon is not displayed.
