JBO-27022 error When Trying To View 'My Group's Requisitions', Failure of Web Server bridge (Doc ID 2827988.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the results of 'My Group's Requisitions' View from IProcurement > Requisitions, the application hangs and the following error occurs:


ERROR
Failure of Web Server bridge


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement responsibility > Requisitions
2. Select the view= 'My Group's Requisitions' > press on Go button Failure of Web Server bridge
3. After implication hangs a new blank open page opens with message:  Failure of Web Server bridge

Changes

 Upgrade from 11.5.5 to 12.2.9
