Symptoms
In an Award Modification Created From a New Requisition, the PDF Output for the Modification Shows Original Requisition Used to Create Award Instead of New Requisition
STEPS
Navigation: CLM Purchasing responsibility > Awards > Modifications tab
1. Created CLM Modification (MOD) against existing Award that is from a new Requisition (not the same Requisition used to create the original Award)
2. Validated the MOD and submitted for Contracting Officer (CO) approval.
3. Login as the Contracting Officer.
4. Navigate to the notification worklist in Home Page
5. Open the MOD workflow for approval created and submitted in steps 1 and 2 above.
5. Click on PDF attachment link in the notification body.
6. The Requisition number field in the PDF is the original requisition used to create the Award which is incorrect -- and not the Requisition used to create this new Modification.
