On step : 9. Review Component Versions and Technology Stack Patch Level, below Technology Stack Patch number was found that require to be applied to Target System.

Patch 7195389
However, above patch number does not return actual patch in My Oracle Support.
Fact
1. Source instance is running on Oracle Solaris on SPARC 10
2. Target instance is running on Red Hat Linux 7
