'FND: Disable Inline Attachments' Profile is opening new attachment upload page instead of showing inline popup attachment (Doc ID 2828711.1)

In Absence Management page, the inline attachment is opening with new attachment upload page instead of showing inline popup attachment though the "FND: Disable Inline Attachments" profile is set to Yes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

+ Navigation: Responsibility: (Seeded Responsibility Name) Employee
Self-Service->Absence Management->Click (Create Absence) Button.
Supporting Documents Add Attachments

+ Add Attachments.
After clicking the Add attachments its opening new attachment upload page instead of showing inline popup attachment.
