'Retrieve Time from OTL' completed with below error captured in log file

1.RTP errors : PO_RCV_HXT_AMT_MISMATCH : Error: Amount being retrieved from
this timecard will result in Over receipt
Detail error PO-130- Calculate the RTI values - End Receipt not created :
PO_RCV_HXT_AMT_MISMATCH : Error: Amount being retrieved from this timecard
will result in Over receipt

2. RTP errors : RCV_SHIP_QTY_OVER_TOLERANCE : Error: Quantity xxxx is
greater than xxxx, quantity ordered plus tolerance.

Cause: Quantity you wish to ship is greater than quantity ordered plus
the over receipt tolerance.

Action: Either reduce the quantity to ship or increase your quantity
received tolerance on the Purchase Order.
Detail error PO-130- Calculate the RTI values - End Receipt not created :
RCV_SHIP_QTY_OVER_TOLERANCE : Error: Quantity xxxx is greater than xxx,
quantity ordered plus tolerance.

Reproducible Steps

1. Login to E-Business Suits
2. Responsibility = Purchasing
3. Navigation = Reports > Run
3. Run 'Retrieve Time from OTL' concurrent program
4. The concurrent program will completed with error with above mentioned error message captured in log file
