Symptoms
On : Oracle BI Publisher 12c version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue observed while expanding catalog folders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
When a folder is expanded, it should expand and show the folder contents immediately without any lag.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BI Publisher.
2. Click on Catalog link.
3. Click on any folder to expand. The folder is not immediately expanded.
4. A lag of few seconds observed based on the folder contents.
