If you are an Oracle-E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 customer that is planning to upgrade to EBS 12.2 or move to Oracle SaaS, but are not able to complete the transition prior to January 1, 2022, you may use Oracle Market Driven Support (MDS) to bridge the support gap. For more information about Oracle Market-Driven Support for E-Business Suite, contact Customer Success Services by email. Your request will be routed to the appropriate regional contact.

 

Oracle Market-Driven Support

Oracle Market-Driven Support for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 can help you continue to operate while you complete the project to move beyond Release 12.1. Available till 2024, the ACS offering includes the following service components not available with Oracle Sustaining Support:

What is provided with Sustaining Support?

You can request diagnostic assistance for EBS 12.1 issues and download existing patches and documentation. Sustaining Support does not include the following:
