For creating additional accounting entries in secondary ledger, per Turkey Localization user guide page 38 , it states that Creation of a cost type in cost type creation screen.
Assign a Secondary Ledger for the above-created cost type. Run the “CLE: Secondary Ledger Distributions” concurrent program.

So, what is the condition for secondary ledger to be in listed in the CSTFDPCC i.e. Cost type creation form ?
