Customer Merge Program it ends with error: "AR.ARP_CMERGE.merge Updating Table AR_receivable_applications 0 Row(s)"

FND debug shows:

 

Steps
-------

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation path: Customers > Account Merge
Enter different customers numbers in To / From fields
Save and Merge -> Concurrent Request runs in error.
