GMSAWEAW: Award Management Form does not Confirm 'Exit Oracle Applications?' when Exiting the Form. (Doc ID 2829487.1)

When on the Award Management form (GMSAWEAW) and when selecting 'Exit Oracle Applications' is selected from the 'File' drop down, there is no verification message before the form is closed. It is just closed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Grants Super User responsibility:

1.  Open Award
2.  Find an Award
3.  Select the Award and then Open
4.  File > 'Exit Oracle Applications'
5.  It closes the form with no prompt.  User is taken back to the forms Navigator.

Versus

Project Costing Super User responsibility:

1.  Open Projects
2.  Find a Project %123%
3.  Select a Project then Open
4.  File > 'Exit Oracle Applications'
5.  Prompt appears:  Exit Oracle Applications?

User is logged all the way out of forms
