Unable To Re-assign Workflow Notifications (Doc ID 2830010.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Workflow Administration

We are trying to re-assign Workflow notifications to other employees and getting following error.


ERROR:  You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.


Also, getting same error when Delegating the Notification.

Steps

1.  Open transaction from Workflist

2.  Click on Re-assign

3.  Get  ERROR: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
