When attempting to perform receiving of DELIVER transaction the following error occurs on the form.

ERROR
rvtpt control fails / subroutine rvtiicreate() returned an internal error / subroutine po_core_s.get_conversion_rate returned error


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to => "Inventory => Transactions => Receiving => Receiving Transactions"
2. Change/select the organization
3. Enter the PO# and click FIND
4. Complete the Deliver transaction and save it
5. Error will get pop-up
