Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, US Payroll Year End
When attempting to run the Employee W2 PDF by employee name
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01564: Oracle error 1722 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-01722: invalid number
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility - US Super HRMS Manager
1. Run the Year End Preprocess for 2020
2. Testing the Employee W2 PDF by using the Employee Name parameter
3. See error
