Symptoms

When pressing View Output button from Concurrent Request window for specific Concurrent Request ends in below error message.

Fact
1. On the AP tier $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT directory, XLAPEXRPT_<Concurrent Request ID>_1.PDF is missing but o<Concurrent Request ID>.out file exists
3. Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data (FNDCPPUR) Concurrent Request is scheduled to run to purge Concurrent Request related files which is older then 20 days but the missing PDF file does not fall into this rule

Error
The Applications File Server could not open the file $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT/XLAPEXRPT_<Concurrent Request ID>_1.PDF for read.

Steps
1. Login to EBS
2. Open Requests window
3. Search a specific concurrent request record (In this case, Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report)
4. Click the View Output button
