Issue With Generic Datafix For Synchronizing Logistics Line Status With Order Line Status Program

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Logistics Management
To ensure service order logistics line status is in sync with the associated sales order Line status, Generic Datafix for Synchronizing Logistics Line Status with Order Line Status has been defined as a program, as per Note 2015555.1.
When running this concurrent program, it is not able to process records for which there are duplicate serial numbers. Even though one of the item instances having this duplicate serial number is in 'Expired' status in Install Base, it is still considering as a valid serial number .
The concurrent log shows following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow Note 2015555.1 to define the 'Generic Datafix for Synchronizing Logistics Line Status with Order Line Status ' concurrent.
2. Log in with Depot Repair Manager responsibility and submit the 'Run Generic Datafix for Synchronizing Logistics Line Status with Order Line Status' concurrent program from View / Requests menu.
