Symptoms

When running Rapid Install from rapidwiz command, during Review Application User Information window and press "Next" button,
Validate System Configuration window shows that Database Availability section is getting error. 



Fact
1. Running database connection test script : riwTDBup.sh manually ends successfully. 

Error
Database Availability - Check that the database is up and allows login.

Enter the APPS user password: riwTDBup.sh existing with status 1

Steps
1. Run rapidwiz command 
2. On Review Application User Information window, press Next button
