Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to update employee photo from Employee Self-Service, from the Update Profile page we see
the following error occurs.
Authentication Failed
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Employee Self-Service
2. Navigate: Employee Profile
3. Attempt to update picture.
