Goal

As per Oracle Advanced Pricing Users Guide,by default all the Factor Rank have a default value of 0 (ZERO). But there are records created using API QP_MODIFIERS_PUB.Process_Modifiers have default value of 9.99E125 instead of Zero.

Why is Factor Rank getting populated with default value of 9.99E125 instead of zero for records created using API QP_MODIFIERS_PUB.Process_Modifiers?
