Symptoms

Updating a complete work order to Close Fails with the error:

"The workorder cannot be updated in status Complete"

STEPS
1. Login into Oracle Apps
2. R) Oracle Complex Maintenance Repair & Overhaul -> Execution
3) Work order Overview > Work order > Update Work Order -> Change the status of the Work order to 'Closed'.
4) Click Apply. Get the mentioned error. 'The workorder cannot be updated in status Complete. '
