Legislative Requirement to accommodate the requirements for reporting in Box 14 of the Employee W-2 Emergency Sick and Family Leave Paid to employees during 2021 due to COVID-19 related reasons according to IRS Notice 2021-53 - "Guidance on Reporting Qualified Sick Leave Wages and Qualified Family Leave Wages Paid.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Applied 2021 Year End Phase 1 patch 33403340:R12. PAY.B or PAY.C.
2. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager Responsibility.
3. Navigate to Submit Process and Reports > Submit the Year End Pre Process (YEPP).
4. Submit the Single Request > Employee W-2 PDF.
5. Observe the Employee W-2 PDF does not include the new Box 14 Codes for example: EPSLA 511 1/1-3/31.
