Symptoms

When attempting to interface supplier cost,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403 NO Data Found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Run PRC: Interface Supplier Costs
3. Review log file of request
