The following document shows the recommended implementation step sequence for the set up of Oracle Service: Service Request from 11.5.9 onwards.

Since most of your setup information will be from the standard product documentation, it is recommended that you download these guides before performing any setups:

Oracle TeleService User Guide

These guides can be accessed from docs.oracle.com
Then select Applications > E-Business > and then the version you are interested in.
