ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Claim - Settlement - Previous Open Debit Items - List Of Values(LOV) not showing Charge back invoices list

In 12.1.3 - The Previous open debit items LOV- shows all the open debit memos and charge back invoices list.
Where as
In 12.2.9 - It is not showing Charge back invoices list and more over, it is showing old and closed Debit memos.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the The Previous open debit items LOV- to work as in 12.1.3



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management responsibility
3. Navigate to Claims
4. Search for Claim
5. Choose Previous Open Debit In Settlement Drop down
