On : 12.2.9 version Upgraded instance, Unit Configuration
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.2.9, Performance Issue in UC create and assign new Instance Page
In 12.1.1. - The process takes less than 4 seconds however after upgrade it is taking almost 30 seconds.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that it takes less than 4 seconds
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to CMRO
2. Unit Configuration > Search unit > Query a Draft > Fill the fields in Create and assign a new Item instance > Apply Button.
The above behavior is observed.
