Symptoms

On Oracle Enterprise Command Center, 12.2.9 version, ECC Quality

Trying to load qa metadata, the following error occurs:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (ECC.ECC_GROUPS_TL_PK) violated Error Code: 1

Error returned in loading rule QA_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_DESC_METADATA_LOAD_INFO for qa-quality dataset.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. ECC Developer
2. Administration > Data Load
3. Application: Discrete Quality
4. Load Type: Metadata Load
