Cancelled Invoice GST Tax Entries Are Appearing In AP Trail Balance Report (Doc ID 2831296.1)

Problem statement

Though invoice is cancelled its GST tax entries are still appearing in Account Payables Trail Balance report.
Observed that due to unreversed tax lines the tax amounts are appearing in the report.
This is categorized as issue with Oracle Financials for India product as the GST tax entries are not reversed for cancelled invoice.

Steps for replication
----------------------
This is deemed as corruption and this issue is not replicating at will.

Expected Behavior 
---------------------
Expects that the AP Trail Balance report excludes cancelled entries.
