Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Special Information value is not saved after saving under the Edit and Submit page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the the value will show up in the Special Information column.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Navigate to iProcurement
2. Create requisition
3. Under edit submit page, enter the Special information
4. Save the requisition. The value  disappeared. In some cases, few of the information is saved
