Goal

CWB - What Happens If Effective Date is Changed After Assignment Changes Have Been Made in a Comp Cycle?

Scenario:

1. When CWB Setup is performed - "Assignment Changes Become Effective Date" is set to DATE #1
     Navigation: Plan Enrollment Requirements > Timing > Miscellaneous > Assignment Changes Become Effective

2. Changes to Assignment (grade, position, etc) are made by managers during the compensation cycle.

3. Now - Navigate to Compensation Workbench for Administrators > Plan Administration
           - Make Change to the Assignment Update Effective Date here to Date #2 and Apply Updates

When you return to the Allocation Sheet - you notice that the Assignment changes made during the cycle have disappeared.

So, Why did the assignment data disappear?
