PAXPREPR: Trying to Assign the Key Member to Project Getting the Error "PA_NO_ACTIVE_ASSIGNMENT" (Doc ID 2831498.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add a key member in the Projects form (PAXPREPR), the following error occurs even though active assignment exists in HRMS

Error

The role assignment cannot complete because the selected person has no active Human Resources assignment for the current period of service(PA_NO_ACTIVE_ASSIGNMENT)

Steps

1 Go into the Project responsibility

2 Select the Project 

3 Navigate to Key Members 

4 Assign the Employee as key member
