When attempting to run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue by selecting parameter "Customer", getting below error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the project responsibility

2. Navigate to Requests ->Run -> Run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue by selecting parameter "Customer"
