FA_ADDITION_PUB.DO_ADDITION

Symptoms

Loading assets through the Additions API (FA_ADDITION_PUB.DO_ADDITION)
The first asset gets loaded without issue. The subsequent asset errors out if
the DATE_PLACED_IN_SERVICE argument is different from the first initial asset.

The following error is returned:
X_MSG_DATA = Error checking transaction dates for asset_id
