Symptoms

When running the "GMS: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Awards", the following error is received in the log file:

...about to delete revenue for project id xxxxx
Cursor 1: ORA-20216: No Record Found for Project: xxxxx and Event: xx
ORA-06512
...error during event api processing project.
...Leaving parapi()
...rolling back transaction...
Leaving parddr()
Current system time is 21-APR-2021 14:22:47


Reproduce By Steps

  1. Use GMS Forms responsibility
  2. Navigate to Reports > Run
  3. Run the process for a project with previous failed revenue associated with events
